All sales are considered final – at this time I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Due to all products being handmade each item will vary slightly in size, shape and colour. These all contribute to making your item unique and are a part of the hand built nature.
When shipping I will do my very best to ensure your items are packed well and should arrive in one piece, but should your item not make it to you safely please contact me immediately (within 7 days) and we will work together to rectify this or a refund will then be issued.
FAULTY ITEMS:
If you do believe your item to be faulty and not a characteristic of it’s handbuilt nature then please get in touch and I will do my best to exchange or refund your item.
Note on REPLACEMENT ITEMS:
Due to items being handmade a replacement item may not be to the exact specs as previously seen, and there maybe a wait of 6 weeks due to the making process.
